2023! New Website, New Services!

New Website!

We have a new look, new information to share, and an easier booking system that we update weekly. We hope this helps our clients and we always appreciate your feedback.

Does your child forget to turn things in? Lose things easily?

Have trouble with staying organized? Struggle with getting started or staying on task?

Many smart kids struggle with executive function skills. Executive function is a set of mental skills that include working memory, flexible thinking, and self-control. Students use these skills every day to learn, work, and manage daily life. Trouble with executive function can make it hard to concentrate, follow directions, stay organized, handle emotions, among other things.

Executive function can we described as “the management system of the brain.” That’s because the skills involved let us set goals, plan, and get things done. When kids struggle with executive function, it impacts them at home, in school, and self esteem can plummet. Our program is based on the work of Drs. Peg Dawson and Richard Guare.

New Services:

  • We offer informal assessments to determine what skills need to be supported, followed by coaching with helpful strategies for students and parents.

  • Our coaching sessions are offered at a discounted rate in order to better serve our current clients who just need 15-30 minutes with us to check in more frequently.
